Shipping Policy
The majority of our shipments are shipped via Canada Post - Standard, Expedited or Express delivery. We reserve the right to substitute with other carriers that provide an equivalent service in the event of a strike or other service interruption.
The actual displayed shipping charges are dynamicay retreived from Canada Post and some areas are subject to surcharges that are beyond our control, should we become aware of an additional charge other than what was quoted we will contact you for confirmation prior to shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
International Shipping:
We presently ship only to Canadian addresses and do not offer international shipping.
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). No exceptions. Please contact us prior to confirm the product return request and return warehouse address. Returns must be accompanied by receipt.
Customers are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.
Non-refundable Charges:
Customers are responsible for submitting orders with a correct shipping address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customers cost or if order is returned a refund less shipping charges already incurred will be issued.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the order will be refunded less any shipping charges already incurred and the cost of any non-resalable products in the returned package.
